Fees are set, quoted and collected by London School of Planning and Management (LSPM), the approved centre. We have no part in setting them; LSPM pays us separately when a learner we introduce enrols, and your fee is the same either way. Programme pages show From £999 (9 months, standard) or £1,299 (6 months, fast track) as a summary.

Scope

What a fee normally covers

The following reflects what LSPM has told us its Level 7 fee includes, and what the awarding body specifications require a centre to provide. Treat it as a checklist for reading LSPM's quotation, not as a term of any contract.

  • Tuition for every unit of the diploma, including tutor feedback on each assignment.
  • Registration with the awarding body and the certificate on completion. Ask LSPM to itemise these so that the awarding body's own charges are visible.
  • Access to LSPM's learning platform and reading list for the duration of the programme.
  • Resubmission where a piece of work is referred. Confirm with LSPM how many resubmissions the fee includes and what a further one costs.

Normally outside the fee, and worth asking LSPM to state: replacement certificates, English language testing where the awarding body requires evidence, and anything to do with a university top-up, which is a separate enrolment on the university's terms and at the university's fee.

Paying

Instalments

LSPM offers the instalment and pay-in-full options in the schedule above. Accept nothing that is not in writing, check that the total on the schedule matches the quotation, and ask at what point LSPM registers you with the awarding body.

Sponsors

Employer sponsorship

LSPM invoices employers directly for one learner or a cohort and can quote a purchase order reference on the invoice; where an employer and a learner share a fee, ask LSPM whether it will issue two invoices. Progress reporting to a sponsor is arranged between the learner and LSPM and needs the learner's consent; the employers page explains what is usually shared. Any repayment clause between an employer and a learner is their own arrangement, and neither LSPM nor do we administer it.

Changing your mind

Withdrawal and refunds

Refund terms are LSPM's and are set out in its enrolment agreement, which you should receive with the quotation and before any payment. The points to look for: the length of any cooling-off period after enrolment, whether tuition for units already released is refundable, how instalments are treated on withdrawal, whether the awarding body registration fee is refundable once registration has been made, and what happens if LSPM cancels an intake before it starts. If the agreement is silent on any of these, ask LSPM in writing before you pay. We are happy to read a quotation or agreement with you and point out what to query, but we cannot change its terms.
