Privacy notice
What LearnLoom Consultants does with the personal data you give through this site, where it is processed, when it is passed to LSPM, and the rights you have over it.
Who is responsible
The data controller for personal data collected through level7diploma.org is LearnLoom Consultants. We introduce learners to London School of Planning and Management (LSPM) as its independent agent. The person responsible for data protection matters is Education adviser, LearnLoom Consultants, who can be reached at Enquiry form. LSPM is a separate controller for data it receives, described below.
Postal address for data protection correspondence: LearnLoom Consultants, attention Education adviser, LearnLoom Consultants, Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR.
Where your data is processed
We are based in Hong Kong, so if you are in the United Kingdom, the European Union or the European Economic Area, sending us an enquiry involves a transfer of your personal data outside those territories. Neither the UK nor the EU has made an adequacy decision covering Hong Kong. We rely on the following safeguards: we collect only what is needed to answer you; the data is held on hosting under contract terms that include the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses; access is limited to Education adviser, LearnLoom Consultants and the colleagues who answer enquiries; and we apply the standard set out in this notice regardless of where the data sits. Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance also applies to our handling of it. If you would rather not have your data processed outside the UK, you can contact LSPM directly in London using the details on the contact page; we will not have seen your enquiry in that case.
What we collect, and why
Enquiries
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, telephone number if you give it, country of residence, the programme you are asking about, your preferred study mode and start, your message, whether you would like a call back and, if you are enquiring as an employer, your organisation's name and the number of learners. We also record the time, the page you came from and a one-way hash of your browser's user-agent string, which helps us tell genuine enquiries from automated ones without storing anything that identifies your device.
We use this information to answer your enquiry, which is our legitimate interest as a consultancy you have chosen to contact. We keep enquiries for two years from the last contact, then delete them, unless you are introduced to LSPM, in which case we keep a record of the introduction for as long as our agency agreement with LSPM requires us to account for it.
Passing your details to LSPM
If you tell us you want to proceed, we pass your name, contact details, the programme you have chosen and a summary of the conversation to LSPM's admissions team at Office 7, 35-37 Ludgate Hill, London EC4M 7JN, United Kingdom, so that they can contact you about applying. This is a transfer back into the United Kingdom. LSPM is then a controller in its own right and handles your data under its own privacy notice, which covers the application, registration with the awarding body and your learner record. We do not pass your details to LSPM without your say-so, and we do not pass them to anyone else.
You should know that LSPM pays us a referral fee if you enrol after an introduction we have made. That fee does not depend on anything in your personal data beyond the fact of enrolment, and it does not change the fees you pay.
Applications
The Apply links on this site take you to LSPM's own application page on its own domain. From that point LSPM's privacy notice applies. The link carries the programme title and a tag identifying this site as the referrer; it carries none of your personal data.
Sponsors
If you enquire as an employer, we treat the details you give about a prospective learner as given with their knowledge, and we will ask before contacting them directly. Progress reporting to sponsors after enrolment is a matter between the learner and LSPM, governed by consent the learner gives to LSPM; we are not involved in it.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts unless you accept analytics. If you do, Google Analytics 4 is loaded with IP anonymisation and used only to see which pages help people; there is no advertising and no data sharing with third parties beyond Google's processing on our behalf. Because the Apply links leave for LSPM's domain, analytics is configured to treat level7diploma.org and LSPM's application host as one journey; this uses a linker parameter in the URL, not a cookie set by LSPM. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage and can be changed by clearing it. If analytics is not enabled for this site at all, no banner appears and nothing is loaded.
Live chat. When live chat is enabled on this site, a chat widget supplied by London School of Planning and Management (LSPM), the approved centre, is loaded from its provider (webchat.saaclabs.com) on every page. The widget stores a session identifier in your browser's local storage and sends the address of the page you are on and the referring page to that provider so that a conversation can be continued across pages. Anything you type in the chat goes to LSPM's admissions team, not to us, and is handled under LSPM's own privacy notice.
The only other storage the site uses is a session token to protect the enquiry form against cross-site request forgery, which is deleted when you close the browser.
Who else sees your data
Enquiries are stored on our own systems and, if configured, emailed to our enquiries inbox. The recipients of your data are: LearnLoom Consultants in Hong Kong; LSPM in London, when you ask to proceed; our hosting provider, as a processor; and Google, as a processor, only if you accept analytics. Nothing is passed to awarding bodies, universities, marketing agencies or list brokers, and we do not sell or rent data.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our processing or ask us to restrict it, and withdraw any consent you have given. Use Enquiry form and we will respond within one month. For data LSPM holds after an introduction, contact LSPM at LSPM's website; we will help you find the right person if you ask. If you are in the UK and unhappy with how we have handled your data you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk; in the EU or EEA, to your national supervisory authority; in Hong Kong, to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data. We would welcome the chance to put it right first.
Changes
This notice was last reviewed in September 2026. If it changes materially we will say so here and, where we hold your contact details for a live enquiry, tell you directly.
