Terms
Terms of use
The basis on which level7diploma.org is provided, who stands behind it, what its information does and does not commit anyone to, and how it relates to the course contract you would sign with LSPM.
Who provides this site
level7diploma.org belongs to and is operated by LearnLoom Consultants, whose office is at Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR. Our commercial role is that of recruitment agent, on an independent basis, for London School of Planning and Management (LSPM), the OTHM and Qualifi approved centre delivering the programmes described here, and LSPM pays us a fee when a learner we introduce enrols. We are not LSPM, we are not an awarding body, and we are not a college. The person responsible for the site is Education adviser, LearnLoom Consultants. By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not, please do not use it.
We are not the provider
Nothing on this site is provided by LSPM, OTHM or Qualifi, and none of them has approved its wording. When you enrol, your contract for the course is with LSPM alone, on LSPM's enrolment terms and at LSPM's published fees; these terms of use govern only your use of this website. We are not a party to the course contract, we receive no part of your fees directly, and we cannot vary anything in it. Any statement on this site about how LSPM teaches, assesses, admits, invoices or supports learners is our description of LSPM's published process or of what LSPM has told us, and LSPM's own documents prevail where they differ.
What the information is
The site describes Level 7 diplomas awarded by OTHM and Qualifi that LSPM is approved to deliver. Qualification facts are taken from the awarding bodies' specifications and the Ofqual register at the review date shown in the footer, and we take care to keep them current, but the specification and register are the authoritative sources and prevail if they differ from this site. Editorial content is our professional opinion, offered for general information to help you decide, and is not advice tailored to your circumstances unless given to you personally in writing.
Nothing on the site is an offer of a place, a guarantee of admission to any programme or university, a promise about fees, dates or duration where these are stated as to be confirmed, or a statement that any university will recognise a diploma for advanced standing. Admission is decided by LSPM; recognition is decided by each university.
Enquiries and introductions
Sending an enquiry asks us to answer it; it does not apply you to anything. If you ask us to, we introduce you to LSPM's admissions team, and from then on your dealings about the application are with LSPM. The privacy notice explains what we pass on, where it is processed and why. We may decline to introduce someone when we believe the programme is not suitable for them, and we will say so plainly.
Using the site
You may read, print and share pages for personal or organisational use, with attribution to level7diploma.org. You may not reproduce the editorial content commercially, scrape the site, attempt to interfere with it, or use the enquiry form for anything other than a genuine enquiry. Awarding body names, logos and specifications belong to the awarding bodies; LSPM's name and marks belong to LSPM. The phrase "Level 7 Diploma" describes a qualification level and is not claimed as a trade mark by anyone involved.
Links
The site links to awarding bodies, the Ofqual register and LSPM's website and application page. Links to LSPM are commercial links, because of the fee arrangement described above, and are marked as such in the page code. External sites are governed by their own terms and we do not control their content.
Liability
We do not exclude liability for anything the law does not allow us to exclude. Subject to that, the site is provided as is, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information on it rather than on LSPM's enrolment documents, or from decisions made by LSPM, universities or awarding bodies.
Law
Because the site is addressed to learners in the United Kingdom, these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any consumer rights you hold where you live. They were last reviewed in September 2026. Questions about them can be sent to Enquiry form.
