What this group covers, and what it does not
Two diplomas. The OTHM Business and Organisational Psychology diploma applies psychological theory to workplaces: motivation, behaviour, culture, selection and change. It suits HR business partners, organisational development specialists and managers who want the evidence behind the practice. The Qualifi Psychology diploma is broader and less workplace-specific. Neither is accredited by the British Psychological Society and neither leads to registration as a practitioner psychologist; they are postgraduate-level academic qualifications that may count towards a master's by top-up.
